So, How does this work?
The 3WW Parts Shop acts a medium to link up prospective buyers, and sellers of 3wheeler parts. Think of us as similar to other large online market places, but with the specific purpose of being strictly for trike parts. Some vendors will list their own "community manufactured" products, some will list quality used replacement products, some will list common aftermarket parts, and maybe some will list rare NOS parts out of their private stashes from time to time. All of these are in one convenient location for you, to help outfit your machine from one store online. You benefit from the ease of one location for pretty much everything you need, and the sellers all benefit from the increased eyes and traffic to their products being listed all together. Think of it like a souped up classifieds section.
Shipping & Delivery
Each individual vendor in the 3WW Parts Shop will use their own preferred shipping service. This will typically be listed on the check out page and will vary from seller to seller. The seller of that specific item will be responsible for packaging and getting it to you. As a buyer, If you have any questions regarding the order, or when it might arrive the vendors contact information is included in your invoice and will allow you to contact them directly. The 3WW Parts Shop does not stock any physical products or goods and is merely provides the digital medium to put sellers and buyers of trike parts together.
Returns & Replacements
Each product listing has a specific returns and replacements statement provided by the vendor of that product. Should the need to discuss a return or a replacement, please see your original order confirmation/email invoice for your seller's contact information. The 3WW Parts Shop does not stock any physical products, merely provides the online medium for buyers and sellers to do business.
Ordering
You can order from mobile devices including cell phones, tablets, and of course regular desk top and lap top computers. A large part of the re-design on the 3WW Parts Shop has been to facilitate an easily navigable design on smaller devices. The goal was so that you could be in the garage next to your bike and order what you needed, without ever leaving it.
Payment Process
One of the beautiful parts of the 3WW Parts Shop is that you can add products from several different vendors to your shopping cart, and check out one time. You don't need to provide payment information to 5 different sellers of 5 different products as an example. Its completed and the payment is split automatically for you. This is done with a relatively new technology released by PayPal in 2011. We chose PayPal as our payment gateway because of this feature and also because it has a strong familiarity to many online shoppers. No raw payment information is ever transferred to the 3WW Parts Shop or any vendors - everything is completed through PayPal's environment.
Viewing Orders
All orders placed will be viewable in your "My Transactions" area. You will also be sent an invoice/order confirmation email that will contain all the contact information for the vendor of each item(s) you ordered.
